The five elements of fire, earth, metal, water, and wood are believed to be the fundamental elements of everything in the universe between which interactions occur. Working with the elements is a massive part of my work as a Kinesiologist and living in alignment with the energy of the five elements is one of the foundations for how I live my life today and even more so for our guest and one of my mentors Rebecca Richards.
